Ø Pilgrim has to reserve his berth/seat to tour 40 days before by paying advance towards package cost.
Ø No advance can be refunded if a traveler cancels his tour due to any reason.
Ø Pilgrim has to follow guide during tour.
Ø Pilgrims must submit two of their recent passport size photographs
Ø Pilgrims has to bring their plate, glass and water bottle.
Ø Each pilgrim should be allowed to bring 15 kilograms of luggage with them.
Ø In case of Badrinath, Kedarinath, Jammu & Nepal tours pilgrims has to pay horse & Doli charges.
Ø Pilgrim has to pay 300Rs/- towards city guide and cook charges.
Ø Company has the right to change destinations from time to time.
Ø Company is not responsible for losses happened due to natural disasters.
Ø Common lodging facility will be provided to pilgrims.
Ø Pilgrims has to take their package booking receipt at least seven days before to tour date by paying all the money.
Ø Pure vegetarian meals will be served during tour time.
Ø Company will provide LTC facility to employees.
