DOMESTIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
- At the time of Package confirmation advance payment should be made to hold the booking, the balance amount should be paid 20 days before to the date of journey.
- Booking Advance for Domestic group packages Rs.10,000/- per person, All Domestic flight group packages Rs.20,000/- per
person, Amarnath flight package Rs.50,000/- per person, Mukthinath group package Rs.30,000/- per person amount should
be made to hold the booking .(Note : For Mansarovar group package advance is Rs.50,000/- per person) - For individual packages (FIT) 50% advance is must
- Advance / Full payment can be made through online payment / Bank deposit / Cheque at office or to the executive
- Hotels category will be provided as per the package itinerary for accommodation
- Children below 5 years will not be charged and will not be provided seats in the bus . Children age between 5 to 10 years, 70%
of the package cost is applicable (extra mattresses will be provided in the room) - Kindly adhere to the time schedule by our Guide / Driver at every point to ensure covering of all places. If you happen to miss
the bus /train, you will have to make your own arrangements to reach the next place and no refund will be entertained for the
same - Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to Monuments / Hotels and other places where the tourist Bus cannot go due to the traffic regulations / conditions are to be borne by the tourist themselves
- Due to snowfall / Natural calamity , sometimes vehicles will not be allowed to restricted places , which are beyond our control
- No refund will be entertained in case of missed sight-seeing tours
- Triple sharing means for example: 3 adults in family travelling together, we will provide extra matress and they have to share
with the same room. Room heater charges and other incidentals are extra - No refund will be payable for any unused/ missed meal provided in the tour or given as complimentary whatsoever the reason
- Due to power failure / Technical problems, the heaters or AC may not work in some places and hence forth, no refund will be
entertained - Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings. Please do not leave any valuable items in the coach nor handover to our staff in coach. Management will not be responsible for any damage , theft or loss of your belongings
- Tourists are at liberty to make purchases from anywhere they like. The company does not take any responsibility for their
purchases nor do we recommend any bargain for the pony / doli, items or hiring of vehicles etc., we or our guides do not have
any control on the local vendors /suppliers - According to number of people in the tour, the vehicle can be changed from a bus to smaller vehicle like Tempo Traveler /
Toyota/ Innova / Car etc. - For Bus packages seating arrangement is Dip and daily seat rotation and For Train packages, local bus seating is rotational as per day wise
- If minimum batch will not fulfilled in any package, we will change the scheduled date or will arrange the alternate vehicle as
per bookings - Train tickets need to book by customer itself, we are not going to provide any of the train tickets
- Air tickets will be booked by us upon customer requirement
- RV Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd may change the tour schedule departure of tour depending on climatic conditions; it is possible
that a route change, postponement or delay may become necessary due to weather uncertainty, snow and ice conditions,
landslide, Curfew, political restrictions, vehicle problem or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay
any additional expenses incurred company is not responsible; every individual should bear the additional cost. Any
compensation for injury, loss or damage : company is not responsible - Helicopter & chartered flight will run as per the climatic conditions, we are not responsible for delay/cancel due to
weather.(Chardham Yatra , Amarnath Yatra , Mukthinath and Mansarovar Yatra) - Helicopter, Chartered Flight and the Shikara Parikrama is the discretion of Countries and Governments (Chardham Yatra,
Amarnath Yatra, Mukthinath Yatra and Mansarovar Yatra) - The following items are excluded from the tour price : Boating charges , auto rickshaw charges if necessary, doli & horse
charges, pooja & all entry tickets, visa, passport and vaccination charges; airport and airlines taxes ; extra meals not included
in the itinerary; laundry, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and baggage charges. - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are yet LUNGERS (Free food arranged by the Srinagar Government allowed charity organizations)
in Amarnath Yatra as Government will not allow Kitchen to the private parties. - Don’t carry any valuable items, Company / tour manager / tour escorts will not be responsible for your personal belongings
(Camera, mobiles, Ornaments,etc.) - Tourist above the age of 65 years are required to submit an medical report to be filed by an General Physician (which is not
more than 30 days old ) - Health Insurance is mandatory for all the travelers and should cover the travel period, R.V. Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for travelers health related issues
- Final Itinerary will be given two days before the travel date
- People above 60 years and those who are medically sick will not be allowed to second day Parikrama as per the China
Government order. - Jurisdiction: For all claims of whatever in Nature relating to the tours marketed/coordinated by R.V. Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd.,
the courts in Hyderabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
