What group sizes do you handle?
From an executive team of ten to conferences and student groups in the hundreds. TripShala journeys are planned for student groups of 100 or more; smaller groups, just ask.
How far ahead should we plan?
The earlier the better for large groups and peak dates — but tell us your dates either way and we will be honest about what is comfortably possible.
Do you handle visas and documentation?
Yes. For overseas journeys, visa assistance sits alongside flights, airport transfers and travel insurance as part of the plan.
Can you accommodate dietary, medical or accessibility needs?
Yes — tell us in advance and we plan around dietary requirements, medical needs and mobility, from meals and room allocation to the pace of each day.
Do you plan around our academic or work calendar?
We do. Student journeys are timed around term breaks and exam schedules, and corporate trips around your working calendar, so the travel fits your year rather than disrupting it.
Can teachers and parents stay updated during student trips?
Yes. On student journeys the tour manager stays reachable and shares regular updates, so teachers travelling along and parents back home always know the group is safe and on schedule.
