What we collect
When you send an enquiry or a booking request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, city, travel details (package, dates, number of travellers) and, for bookings, traveller names with Aadhaar or passport numbers as required for travel arrangements, plus optional GST billing details. We do not collect information in the background — nothing is gathered until you submit a form or call us.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your travel, and contact you about that enquiry or booking. Your details go to our own reservations team by email and into our booking system. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not run advertising on this site, and we share details with third parties only where a booking requires it — for example airlines, hotels or permit authorities for the trip you asked us to arrange.
Payments
The website does not collect card or bank details. Bookings made online are requests; payment is arranged with our office separately.
Cookies & analytics
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our web server keeps standard technical logs, and the mobile app stores pages on your device only so they open faster and work offline.
Keeping and removing your data
Enquiry and booking records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. To see, correct or delete the details you have sent us, write to info@rvtoursandtravels.com or call 70326 66921 — we will act on verified requests promptly.
