Who we are
R.V. Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. ("R.V. Tours", "we", "us") is a tour operator registered in India with its head office at 12-6-11/4, 3rd Floor, Bhagyanagar Complex, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500072, Telangana, India. We organise fixed-departure group tours, temple yatras and holiday packages in India and abroad, sold through rvtoursandtravels.com, our mobile app, our branch offices and by telephone.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to every enquiry, quotation and booking made with us, online or offline. By paying an advance or the full amount you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, our Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, on behalf of every traveller named in the booking.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when the 50% advance per person is received. The balance is due 25 days before departure; for departures within 25 days the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Prices are per person in Indian Rupees and include the taxes shown at booking (GST, and TCS on international tours). Payment can be made online on our website through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), by bank transfer, or by cash or cheque at a branch. Card and bank details entered online are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
Prices and what is included
The price includes only what is listed under Inclusions on the tour page and in your quotation. Anything else — personal expenses, optional activities, tips, travel insurance, visa fees unless stated — is extra. Prices may change for bookings not yet confirmed by an advance; a confirmed booking is protected against price changes except for government tax changes or airline/fuel surcharges imposed after booking.
Your responsibilities
You must give correct traveller names, ages and contact details exactly as on the ID that will be carried, carry valid identity documents (Aadhaar for domestic tours; a passport valid for at least six months after return, with the required visas, for international tours), reach boarding points on time, follow the guide's and driver's schedule, and behave in a way that does not disturb other travellers. Travellers above 65 must submit a medical fitness certificate from an MD doctor issued within 30 days of travel; travellers with medical conditions must inform us in advance and travel at their own risk.
Itinerary changes
The final itinerary is issued two days before travel. Weather, road conditions, traffic, permits, government restrictions, strikes, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control may require changes to the route, hotels, sightseeing or vehicle type. We will provide the closest possible alternative; no refund is due for services that cannot be provided for such reasons.
Hotels, vehicles and seating
Accommodation follows the confirmed package category; single rooms are on request at extra cost. Vehicle type depends on group size (bus, tempo traveller, Innova or car) and bus seating rotates daily. Heater/AC interruptions caused by power supply do not qualify for refunds.
Limitation of liability
We act as an organiser and agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other service providers, and are not liable for their acts, delays, cancellations or omissions. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to belongings, or for injury, illness or death, except where caused by our own negligence. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount received by us for the booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, postponements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Website use and content
All content on rvtoursandtravels.com — text, photographs, itineraries, logos and design — belongs to R.V. Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false bookings or interfere with its operation.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a booking or the use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
